Our Purpose
Slice of Support was founded in 2015 with the goal of providing financial support for Marco’s Pizza® team members who are facing personal or family hardship as a result of a catastrophic event, such as:
- Unexpected severe illness or injury of an employee or immediate family member
- Destruction of an employee’s home or property by fire or natural disaster
- Death of an employee or their immediate family member, if accompanied by other financial hardships
- Other unexpected emergency circumstances not covered by insurance
We believe that our employees are like family, and we want to lend them a helping hand in their time of need. Visit Apply for Assistance for more details on eligibility criteria and the application process.
Our Board of Directors is made up of franchisees and employees of the Marco’s Pizza corporate office, who have committed themselves to this organization’s support of all Marco’s Pizza team members and our communities. They are: Tim Brown, Robert Mock, Bonnie Huff, Jim Strachan, and Cathy Curry.
