A franchise system that works for both franchisor and franchisee is rare enough to be special. At Marco’s Pizza, we were recently recognized for our excellence when we earned a coveted spot on Franchise Business Review’s ninth annual Top 200 Franchises list.

The highly-respected ranking is based on franchisee satisfaction scores, which are compiled from the answers to 33 benchmark questions relating to the franchisee’s experience and satisfaction as well as market area, business lifestyle and other demographic characteristics.

fbr-2014Franchise Business Review, a nationwide market research firm, surveyed 26,000 franchisees with 350 brands, asking them to rank their franchise system in dozens of areas such as leadership, operations and product development, and training and support. All of the brands on the list scored above-average marks for franchisee satisfaction.
