Marco’s Pizza ® Franchise Targets Miami Market for Growth
Fastest-growing pizza franchise in the country targeting South Beach, Coconut Grove, Ft. Lauderdale and more
Marco’s Pizza ®, the fastest-growing pizza franchise in the country, is launching an ambitious expansion plan in the Miami area, hoping to capitalize on the high-density South Florida markets.
Aneesh Patel, the Area Developer for Marco’s Pizza ® in Miami-Ft. Lauderdale, co-owns six Marco’s Pizza ® restaurants with his father and brother in Tampa and Broward County, and he said he’d like add as many as 30 new stores in the Miami market. Aneesh is seeking franchisees interested in opening Marco’s stores in Aventura, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Coral Springs, Doral, Ft. Lauderdale, Kendall, Homestead, Hollywood, Hialeah, Miami Beach, downtown Miami, Lauderhill, Miami Gardens, Miramar, Pompano Beach and South Beach.
Marco’s is the only national pizza franchise founded by a native Italian. The Marco’s Pizza ® commitment to using only quality ingredients and making every pizza a perfect pizza, every time, has garnered us a lot of recognition, including our recent inclusion on the Franchise Business Review’s ninth annual Top 200 Franchises ranking.
With Marco’s dedication to producing a superior pizza and Miami’s reputation as a foodie town, there’s never been a better time to invest in the franchise in the South Florida area. The greater Miami metropolitan area has a population of 5.5 million, and South Florida is the densest area in the state.
“We haven’t even been in the market for four years yet, and we’re already breaking ground on our seventh store,” Aneesh says. “This is a chain to grow with, a very successful chain, and investors have a great opportunity here. One of the things that makes our operations so superior is our consistency. Marco’s makes sure there’s consistency across the board, and that makes a big difference with customers. It translates into success with franchisees.”
We make our dough fresh in stores every day. Every pizza is topped with premium meats, never-frozen cheeses, vegetables prepared in-store and sauce made from a hybrid tomato developed especially for Marco’s. While other chains are just now capitalizing on the trend toward artisan pizza, we’ve been making pizzas this way since we were founded in 1978.
Our chain grew by 33% last year, adding 109 restaurants, and we anticipate hitting the 500-store mark later this year. Investors can expect to pay, on average, $350,000 for a Marco’s franchise, and a franchise fee of $25,000.
